We recognize that many adults returning to school need to learn
at their own pace and that everyone's pace is different. We
try to meet these differences. As well, we realize that adult
students have many demands on their time. Therefore, our program
is self-paced and offers flexible hours. Small tutorial groups
are also available for interested students.
Whether your goal is to complete Grade 12 or to upgrade specific skills, whether you are in a hurry or want to take your time, we will tailor a learning plan specific to your needs. For course counselling and assessments, please call for an appointment.
In addition to a material or course fee students are required to purchase either a textbook or consumable workbook. Cost is $5 to $130 depending on the course.

Adult Secondary School Completion
This program offers adults an academic grade 12 completion comparable
to regular secondary school graduation. The Adult Secondary
School Completion Program is for adults who want to obtain their
high school graduation diploma or take courses needed for entry
into other programs.
The majority of courses are self-paced. Therefore, whenever students need explanation, clarification or evaluation of their work, they meet with teachers individually. Some courses also include tutorial groups.
Invergarry offers adults the opportunity to attend academic courses during the daytime. Upon registration, a student learning plan and attendance schedule, individualized to the students needs, is created.
